WARRANTY / RETURN POLICY

WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY COVER?
This warranty covers parts you purchased from FitnessRepairParts.com against defects in material and workmanship when used for the purpose intended, under normal conditions and provided the unit they are placed on receives proper care.
HOW LONG DOES THIS WARRANTY LAST?
This warranty is in effect for 30 days from date of delivery on non-electrical parts, and 15 days for electrical and electronic parts.
HOW WILL FitnessRepairParts.com SATISFY THIS WARRANTY?
FitnessRepairParts.com will provide a replacement part at no charge for any part found to be defective due to workmanship or materials, provided you follow the stated return policy listed below.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY?
This warranty does NOT cover; 1) Parts for Residential equipment used in a Commercial or Income producing location (Health Clubs, Hotels, Corporate Fitness Centers, Schools, Senior Centers, Home based personal training). 2) Subjected to misuse, abuse or neglect. 3) Parts altered, tampered with or damaged during installation or shipping.
HOW DO I GET A REPLACEMENT PART?
Call FitnessRepairParts.com at 636.634.2202 within the above specified warranty period, to obtain an RA (Return Authorization) number. Once you have the RA you will be required to return the item within 15 days after receiving the RA, ALL RA's EXPIRE 15 DAYS AFTER ISSUANCE. After we receive and inspect the defective part, we will ship you a replacement part. NOTE: We reserve the right to refuse replacement of the part if the item shows signs of not being covered by the warranty as noted above.
RETURN POLICY
- You must have an RA (Return Authorization) to return parts. Parts returned without an RA will NOT be accepted from the shipper. That means they will come back to you and you will have to pay shipping fees yet another time.
- Call 636.634.2202 for an RA
- Only non used parts can be returned for a refund, if you install it you own it. The above defective parts warranty is still in effect and we will replace defective parts.
- All returned parts for refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Electrical and Electronic parts returned for a refund are subject to an additional 30% bench testing fee.
- We will NOT refund shipping & handling charges.
- Returns for refund will only be granted for 15 days after you receive the part.
- RA number written must be on the outside of the box.
- A copy of the original packing slip must be in the box.
- A signed copy of the original packing slip must be in the box.
- Return the part shipping prepaid to FitnessRepairParts.com, NOTE: No collect packages will be accepted, you must pay the return shipping.
- Allow 30 days for your refund to be processed.
- A $25.00 fee will be accessed, for any erroneous challenge to a legitimate credit card charge, which results in a charge back fee to FitnessRepairParts.com.
